Return Process

  Contact our commercial support team with your order number and facility details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and dispatch the package via a tracked carrier; for heavy-duty gym machinery, we will coordinate a freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition at our distribution center, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
